Link2Pics is a marketplace. Photographers publish event galleries and stock photos and set their own prices; we host the galleries, generate watermarked previews, take payment and deliver the purchased files. Except where we publish photos ourselves, the photographer is the author and owner of the work.

You need an account to buy downloads, save a wishlist or sell photos. Keep your password confidential, give accurate information, and let us know promptly if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under it.

Photographer accounts require approval before galleries can be published or sold.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are payable in advance. A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to download the full-resolution file and to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes — printing it, keeping it, and sharing it on your own social accounts.

Unless the photographer agrees separately in writing, you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or supply the file to stock libraries or print-on-demand services, and you may not use it to advertise a business.

Copyright stays with the photographer. Removing or obscuring a credit, or attempting to strip a watermark from a preview, is not permitted.

Previews are watermarked on purpose and are for browsing only. Some galleries are private and open only through a direct link; if you receive one, treat it as confidential.

Galleries may be scheduled, expire, or be taken down by the photographer or by us. We aim to keep purchased downloads available in your account, but we recommend saving your files after purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout. We calculate the price, pack discount and coupon value on our servers at the moment you check out; that calculation governs. An order is only complete once we receive confirmation of payment from Stripe.

Digital purchases are covered by our Refund & Digital Purchase Policy, which explains when a refund is available and how to ask for one.

If you upload photos you confirm you own or control the rights to them, that you have the permissions you need from the people and property shown, and that publishing and selling them does not break any law or agreement.

The Photographer Agreement sets out the licence you grant us to host, watermark, display, market and sell your work, and how earnings, refunds and payouts work.

Do not upload or transmit content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, hateful, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, malware-bearing, or that infringes someone else's rights or privacy.

Do not scrape the site, attempt to bypass watermarks, previews, payment or access controls, probe our security, overload the service, or use it to send spam.

We review galleries, photos and reviews and may hide, unpublish or delete anything that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe creates legal risk. We may act without prior notice where the issue is serious.

If you believe content on Link2Pics infringes your copyright or other rights, or shows you without permission, contact us with the photo or gallery reference, an explanation of the problem and your contact details. We will review the report and may remove the content and, in repeat cases, close the account responsible.

You may stop using Link2Pics and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, creates risk for other users, or is used fraudulently. Completed sales, earnings records and legal obligations survive closure.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that a specific photo of you exists, or that a gallery will remain online indefinitely, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Link2Pics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
