Refund & Digital Purchase Policy

This document is provided for information and is not legal advice.
Link2Pics sells digital photo downloads. Because a file is delivered immediately, refunds work differently than for physical goods — this policy explains when we will refund and how to ask.
Digital delivery
Every purchase is a full-resolution digital file made available in your account as soon as payment is confirmed. Previews are watermarked so you can check you are buying the right photo before paying; please do check, as change-of-mind requests on a delivered file cannot always be granted.
When we will refund
Duplicate purchase: you were charged more than once for the same photo, or bought a photo you already own. We refund the duplicate.
Missing or corrupt file: your download does not work, is unreadable, or is not the full-resolution version. We will first try to fix the download; if we cannot, we refund it.
Wrong photo delivered: the file you received is not the photo shown on the page you bought from.
Unauthorised transaction: the payment was made without your permission. Contact us straight away and we will investigate with our payment provider and refund a confirmed unauthorised charge.
Where the law where you live gives you a stronger refund right for digital content, that right applies in addition to this policy.
When a refund may be declined
We may decline where the file was delivered correctly and matches its preview and there is no fault, or where we have evidence the file has already been redistributed or used in breach of the licence in our Terms.
Full and partial refunds
An order can be refunded in full or in part — for example a single photo out of a pack. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.
Download access after a refund
When an order is refunded in full, access to those downloads is withdrawn and you must delete any copies you have kept. For a partial refund we withdraw access to the refunded photos only, and the refund is also reflected in the photographer's earnings record.
How to request a refund or help
Contact us through the Contact page with your order reference, the photo or photos involved and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within a few business days. If you paid but your order or download did not appear, contact us before buying again so we can check the payment first.
